Commutator
commutator is one of the core components of motors.
Commutator Product Showcase

Commutator, also known as rectifier, serves as a core functional component in brushed DC motors and universal motors. Consisting of multiple electrically insulated copper segments, it is securely mounted onto the motor's rotor shaft to operate in synchronization. During operation, external brushes maintain continuous contact with the rotating segments, periodically reversing the direction of current within the armature windings.

This mechanism ensures the output of a constant torque direction, enabling the motor shaft to maintain smooth and stable rotation. Concurrently, it converts the alternating current inside the motor into direct current, acting as a crucial component for proper motor operation.
